We have published a new Opportunity Card Check, which allows foreign skilled workers to quickly and easily check whether they are eligible for the Opportunity Card. The check is based on the current legal criteria and provides an initial realistic assessment without the need to submit an application or deal with bureaucratic red tape.
The aim is to provide skilled workers with clarity at an early stage and avoid unnecessary failed attempts. The Opportunity Card Check is suitable both for people who are still abroad and for skilled workers who already have initial contacts in Germany and want to evaluate their options.
The tool does not replace legal advice, but it does offer sound guidance and a structured introduction to the topic of the Opportunity Card.
