Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Tätigkeiten
- Eigenständige Fertigungsauftragsbearbeitung in SAP & eQuality
- Anlegen, Verfolgen und Rückmelden von Fertigungsaufträgen für Reparaturen, gemäß Terminplanung
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Bestelllisten
- Wareneingangserfassung von Reparaturen
- Materialbedarfe erzeugen und bereitgestelltes Material auf Vollständigkeit kontrollieren
- Koordination von Rücksendungen an Lieferanten inkl. Anforderung und Nachverfolgung von RMA-Nummern sowie Überwachung zugesagter Liefertermine
- Standardisierte Abwicklung des Teileverschrottungsprozesses für Reparaturen
- Kommissionierung und Versand von Ersatzteilen
- Verpackung und Vorbereitung der Ware für den Transport
Minimum Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Berufsausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer ähnlichen Position in einem international tätigen Industrieunternehmen
- Sicherer Umgang und ausgeprägte Kenntnisse mit SAP R3 (S4 HANA von Vorteil)
- Teamfähigkeit
- Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Zielorientiert und belastbar
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Flexibilität
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket, insbesondere MS-Excel
- Exzellente deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
