Your Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative solutions for our products

Create concepts, calculations, and production documentation

Manage projects within the development process (planning & reporting)

Collaborate with purchasing, assembly, product management, and sales

Test and optimize prototypes, including evaluation of measurement results
-
Work in international project teams and cooperate with universities and institutes
-
Support product launches and integrate customer feedback
-
Continuously improve processes
Your Profile:
-
Degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering) or equivalent qualification
-
Experience in design and project coordination is desirable
-
Proficient in 3D-CAD (CREO) and ERP systems
-
Solid knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams
-
Excellent English skills
-
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
-
Willingness to travel and occasionally work overtime
