    Reporting directly to the Cluster General Manager, the Hotel Sales Manager will spearhead initiatives and oversee all daily sales activities. Your mission is to build long-term, value-driven customer relationships that meet sales objectives and personal sales goals. A key part of your role will be reaching out to potential new accounts and re-engaging past business to exceed targets and uncover new opportunities. This position aligns with Marriott’s Sales & Marketing vision, fostering customer loyalty by providing outstanding customer service as the first point of contact in every interaction.

    This is a cluster role, and you will support both AC by Marriott Berlin Humboldthain Park & Moxy Berlin Humboldthain Park.  

    Position Summary:
    •    Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and networking.
    •    Utilize company marketing initiatives and incentives to convert cold leads into warm leads.
    •    Present hotel benefits and features effectively based on customer needs.
    •    Employ negotiation skills and creative selling abilities to uncover new business opportunities.
    •    Leverage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach target audiences effectively.
    •    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property objectives while consistently analyzing market information.
    •    Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by engaging with new customers and inspiring guests through each interaction.
    •    Assist the Cluster General Manager in preparing regular reports on sales performance, including KPI targets, market trends, and competitor activities for management review.
    •    Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
    •    Attend industry networking events and create memorable experiences for new customers on-property.
    •    Responsible for new customer acquisition, development, and professional care in the local and international corporate market, as well as at trade fairs and events.
    •    Manage contract negotiations and bookings for all framework agreements.
    •    Collaborate closely with our global sales office.
    •    Sell all hotel offerings to customers and guests, conducting professional and result-oriented sales discussions.
    •    Maintain a visible presence with guests and customers.
    •    Plan and organize internal customer events.
    •    Coordinate closely with the revenue team to ensure optimal occupancy and average rate.
    •    Be a team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team.

    •    Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
    •    Your enthusiasm to share your knowledge with your team and trainees is contagious!
    •    You hold a valid work permit for the EU/Germany
