As the Head of Marketing of XPeng Germany, you will lead and drive all marketing initiatives and strategies. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, enhance XPeng brand visibility, and drive revenue growth in alignment with regional and global marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Marketing Strategy and Planning
– Develop and implement a country-specific marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
– Create annual marketing plans, including budget allocation, campaigns, and KPIs.
– Identify market trends, opportunities, competitor activities and refine strategies accordingly.
2.Brand Management and Positioning
– Enhance the XPeng brand’s presence and reputation in the German market.
– Plan and implement brand positioning and development strategies. Work towards brand sympathy and advocacy
3.Product and Brand Communication
– Manage the creation and implementation of product communications initiatives with the power to pull the brand to a good level of awareness and knowledge
– Develop and execute communication solutions for product releases incl. rollout.
– Maintain and evolve product and brand related policies and standards – for all communication channels
– Develop top of the line tech/intelligence oriented communication in all relevant media channels – online and offline and deliver with engaging content
4.Campaign Management and Execution
– Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels
– Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
– Install an efficient research monitoring process to have a clear picture about the brand’s position and the success of the communication activities
5.Team Leadership and Management
– Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
– Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and motivate team performance to drive results.
– Cater for an appropriate level of competency and responsibility
6.Partnerships and Stakeholder Management
– Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, partners, and industry influencers.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
– At least 8 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with substantial experience in leadership positions.
– Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the German market.
– Proven capacity to produce top of the line performance in the current media transformation process
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive marketing decisions.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
– In-depth knowledge of German market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape.
– Fluent written and verbal skills in German and English language
