THE ROLE

Are you excited to use your design skills to help unlock climate action for enterprise organizations?

CEEZER is looking for a freelance Graphic Designer (f/m/d) to support our brand and marketing team on a project and ad hoc basis. You’ll create impactful visuals that help communicate our mission: fixing how companies get to net-zero through the voluntary carbon market and data-led insights.

This is a freelance role, ideal for a designer who thrives on bringing bold ideas to life through high-quality creative execution.

YOUR MISSION

  • Translate CEEZER’s brand identity into engaging visuals across digital and print touchpoints.
  • Design marketing assets such as social media graphics, brochures, presentation decks, and event materials.
  • Support the evolution of our website with new landing pages and on-brand visual updates.
  • Provide creative input for video content, including storyboarding, graphic elements, and light editing.
  • Deliver high-quality design work within agreed timelines, collaborating with our marketing team to prioritize projects.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in graphic/brand design.
  • Open to working on a recurring freelance basis each week.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a clean, modern aesthetic.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience with Webflow or other website platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quickly without compromising quality.
  • Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
