The challenge: Manual audits of unstructured data and documents frustrate both auditors and regulated companies at huge cost, while demand for audits continues to skyrocket.

Our solution: AI-powered software and specialized AI-agents for auditors streamlining workflows and eliminating all repetitive tasks. Starting with IT audits for regulated companies.

With multi-million Euro funding from top-tier VCs, a working AI product, and paying customers, we’re now expanding our product and scaling the team.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Founders Associate to drive Cortea’s growth and operations alongside our co-founders. Join us in building a high-growth AI SaaS company with immediate impact from day one.

You’ll be a force-multiplier for the founders, leading strategic projects across go-to-market, customer acquisition, finance, operations, and investor relations – from planning to execution.

This is a Berlin-based, office-first role where you’ll collaborate with our fast-paced team.

What You’ll Do

• Drive growth initiatives: Work on growth strategy and refine our go-to-market strategy
• Manage finance & analytics: Handle financial planning, metrics tracking, and investor reporting
• Streamline operations: Optimize internal processes and workflows as we scale
• Support investor relations: Assist with fundraising materials and investor communications
• Tackle strategic projects: Own high-impact initiatives from partnerships to tech projects

Who You Are

• Driven: 1-3 years in consulting, VC, or startup with track record of success
• Strategic & hands-on: You translate visions into actionable tasks and execute them effectively
• Results-oriented: You takes ownership, move fast, and thrive in making your own decisions
• Analytical: You love working with data and excel at structured research & deep-dives
• Strong communicator: Clear and pragmatic with written communication
• Entrepreneurial: Proactive, resourceful, and excited about building from scratch
• Collaborative & Berlin-based, German skills: Team player excited to work in our Berlin office; able to communicate with German SME businesses
