The Area Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving our company’s sales strategy within the assigned territory, with a dual focus on expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets.
This position demands strategic vision to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, as well as to foster and deepen relationships with existing dealer networks.
The Area Sales Manager should onboard new acquired dealers, oversee existing dealer’s operations and ensure alignment with our sales objectives and standards.
The role involves mentoring and empowering dealer’s sales team to enhance their skills and performance, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualification
At least 5 years of automotive experience with a solid background in regional sales and dealer management.
Demonstrated prowess in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
Extraordinary problem-solving skills and flexibility in daily operation
Strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.
Good communication and execution skills, strong team spirit
Strong written and verbal skills in German and English
Readiness to frequently travel across the designated region
Experience with foreign car brands is a plus
