    Team Intro
    The Ad Operations team is essential to enabling flawless ad campaign executions and ensuring an optimized experience for our brand partners. This team lends their technical and operational know how to help better support and inform our sales and planning teams, our clients, and our product teams, ensuring we continue to offer best-in-class platform capabilities & services for brands . In this role you will be working closely with the Sales team to deliver a first-class service to clients. We are looking for an experienced Ad Operations Specialist who can jump in and cover a wide range of operational & technical responsibilities, from coordinating cross-functionally to trafficking campaigns and quarterbacking the campaign management process. Solving client’s and agencie’s challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. This person should be a pro-active and problem solver, interested in working hands-on to support the continued improvement of our ad platform capabilities and troubleshooting independently.

    Responsibilities
    – Work with clients and internal partners to provide managed service campaigns for clients, involving campaign ideation, set-up within the ads manager platforms, campaign management, optimisation and reporting etc.
    – Streamline the holistic ad operations process from campaign planning, execution, to reporting and measurement. Own the set-up process, campaign , and ads execution of several top accounts, while maintaining a high-quality standard for the Ad Operations team to ensure accuracy.
    – Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and, at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings
    – Investigate and work directly with international product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
    – Work with clients and internal policy teams to identify brands‘ creative needs in relation to TikTok advertising policy. Conduct education and consultation on ad policy for clients to ensure smooth campaign workflows and optimum creative output.
    – Aid the team in educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately helping to grow existing businesses, helping the team manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners)
    – Manage custom programs or processes with other departments internally and lead custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered on time.
    – Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams, support the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications
    – Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech products with various clients &/or agencies.
    – Deep understanding of digital landscape and a passion for social media, hands-on experience with third-party ad serving and/or order management systems preferred.
    – Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational & Operational skills.

    Preferred Qualifications
    – Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
    – Excellent verbal and written English & German communication skills
    – Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit.
