  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential accounts in target industries.
  • Support pipeline creation through email, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic calls.
  • Participate in proposal preparation and coordinate demo logistics.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align messaging.
  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM, generate insightful reports.
  • Gather market feedback to fuel our strategic decisions.

Education & Experience

  • You have 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, BD, consulting, or SaaS.
  • Eager to learn growth-hacking and B2B sales fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills in English – preferably native speaker; German is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment and juggling diverse projects.
  • Strong analytical skills; CRM and data tools experience desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
