    Job Description

    We are the electronic heart of Bosch and the future of e-mobility. We coordinate more than 20 plants worldwide, from Malaysia to Mexico and from Hungary to Germany. With our production network we help shaping the transformation to a sustainable mobility with efficient and high-performance semiconductors and control units. We are the drivers behind increasing automation through AI, connectivity and the electrification of vehicles. 
    We, the Central Finance and Controlling Department of Mobility Electronics consolidate data from our production and development network worldwide, process the information to steer our business and enable top management to make sustainable decisions.

    • During your internship, you will work in the team Business Unit Controlling and take part in various projects on process optimization, digitalization, and data management. Beyond controlling, you gain insights into various cross-functional business processes in the Mobility Sector of Bosch.
    • All figures and related processes come together in our department. You will act as an interface between our international manufacturing network for semiconductors and control units, various central departments as well as internal customers.

    Qualifications

    • Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or comparable
    • Experience and Knowledge: competent handling of MS Office as well as databases, good basic knowledge of project management, agile working methods, process management, Power BI, SAP Signavio and Flowable would be an advantage
    • Personality and Working Practice: team-oriented, self-initiated, willing to learn, independent, structured and solution-oriented
    • Work Routine: our team works in a hybrid model, which means you will work in a flexible mix at our location in Reutlingen as well as from home
    • Enthusiasm: for controlling topics and high affinity for IT
    • Languages: fluent in English, German is a plus

    Additional Information

    Start: according to prior agreement
    Duration: 5 – 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
