Your tasks?

• You support our team in event management, in particular the support as well as the planning and implementation of events.

• You support the creation, description and optimization of processes.

• You will gain insights into facility management and support us in space planning, setting up technical workplaces, managing and maintaining our buildings.

• You will also support other cross-team topics of our Business Unit Governance & Business Services if necessary and interested.

• Organizing preventive appointments and accompanying workplace safety inspections also falls within your area of responsibility.

• You support us in issuing IDs, registering visitors and general activities at the location.

• You will help in the preparation, organization and moderation of meetings as well as in the planning and implementation of team meetings.

Your profile?

• You study real estate management, business administration or a comparable degree program.

• You feel like getting to grips with it and want to support our team with a hands-on mentality.

• You draw yourself through a solution-oriented way of working and empathetic communication.

• You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and like to take responsibility for your activities.

• Reliability and team spirit are a matter of course for you.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly.
