The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything related to TikTok LIVE, including content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns, and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE by working with creators to ensure a creative, fun, and safe space for all of our users.
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated new graduates to join our team as LIVE Strategy & Operations Managers. This role will support and enhance our live-streaming operations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The ideal candidate is passionate about the live-streaming industry, understands local market trends, and is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our live-streaming business.
Responsibilities
– Assist in the development and execution of live-streaming strategies.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of operations, providing actionable insights for improvement.
– Support the local ops team with business priorities, e.g., helping creators optimize their content and grow their audiences and revenue; collaborating with live agencies to enhance their operations and organizational capability; building scalable structures to help novice creators; strengthening relationships with highly engaged users; working with internal stakeholders to execute and improve on content and product topics, etc.
– Take on other strategic projects for the LIVE business.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or above, graduating in 2025 and available to start in January or May 2025.
– Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Strategy, or a related field
– Real enthusiasm for live streaming and sincere interest in creators‘ needs and points of view
– Proactive, hands-on and willingness and proven ability to get things done
– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
– Eye for detail and fast learning ability
– Ability to analyze data and deduce actionable insights
– Team player mentality with good communication skills
– Fluent in both German and English, enabling effective communication with local EU and Chinese creators and agencies
