    Sales Manager Central Europe (M/F/D)

     Responsibilities:

    • Development of the sales strategy
    • Creating marketing plans and following marketing trends (customer segmentation, etc.)
    • Developing product and service offerings for each market segment
    • Define and pilot sales successes and targets for the sales teams according to the marketing plan/strategy (pricing, margin and target)
    • Define sales preferences and validate the work plan with the sales team based on the results achieved by the sales teams
    • Manage, animate and control the sales teams according to the established sales plan
    • Obtaining information on customers, products, competitors and markets and taking responsibility for the marketing plan and the sales tools involved
    • Checking the availability of factory capacities and delivery times
    • Adaptation of the offer to customer requirements
    • Participation in important contract negotiations
    • Risk management
       

    Qualifications:

    • Master degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification
    • Good written and spoken German and English
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Willingness to travel, e.g. to external laboratories and customers
    • Global team player
    • Customer- and market-orientated work, with strong problem-solving skills
