About This Job:
We are looking for an experienced Panel Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and managing panel acquisition efforts, driving efficiency in recruitment processes, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing, project management, and financial analysis, with a proven track record of managing complex processes and projects in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing:
- Source cost-effective recruitment solutions by establishing partnerships with global and local leads brokers.
- Collaborate with internal procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency.
- Follow up on leads sourced for other company projects.
- Develop processes to recruit household members of the consumer panel.
- Establish and manage social media activities to attract self-referred candidates.
Panel Management:
- Monitor recruitment phases to ensure alignment with research objectives.
- Reach and maintain the KPIs such as panel size, demographics (age, gender, location) per quotas.
- Ensure, by managing relevant survey, that panel data are accurate and updated (e.g., personal data, maps)
- Regularly perform required checks and report on the progress of ongoing projects.
- Actively contribute to project meetings, providing insights and commitment based on your experience.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Efficiently coordinate vendors with a focus on strong internal requirements and KPI performance in collaboration with internal teams (Panel, Branding, Procurement, Finance).
- Ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with the wider goals of the company and its divisions.
- Lead the tracking, reporting, and analysis of marketing and acquisition stats, sharing insights with stakeholders and partners.
Performance & Risk Management:
- Lead financial analysis and risk management related to panel acquisition and marketing processes.
- Ensure KPIs such as CPA (Cost per Acquisition), lead volumes, targeting, and ROI maximization are met.
- Optimize marketing and acquisition processes to mitigate risks and improve overall efficiency.
Communication & Reporting:
- Communicate ongoing progress, strategies, and results to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable updates on marketing performance, financials, and recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in managing marketing, processes, and projects.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and ability to analyze complex data.
- Project & Financial Management: Deep understanding of project and financial management tools.
- Multitasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities, including remote coordination.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate strategy and priorities to senior stakeholders.
- Languages: Excellent English and German communication skills are essential.
