TikTok’s SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.
Our SMB High Value Acquisitions team are responsible for prospecting, qualifying, pitching and closing high potential advertisers and marketing agencies for the TikTok Ads Platform. You will consult with decision makers to help them incorporate TikTok Ads into their marketing strategies, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop best practices for client acquisition and sales, while building and managing a pipeline of opportunities, establishing new client relationships, focusing on revenue and bottom line business impact. Success in this position requires a passion for sales, supporting businesses, generating new business, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
You will:
– Prospect, qualify, pitch and close new business opportunities for the TikTok Ads Platform
– Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation initiatives
– Build and manage a pipeline of business
– Consult with decision makers and align TikTok Ads strategies with identified marketing and business objectives
– Onboard new clients onto the TikTok Ads Platform and set them up for long-term success
– Consistently reach or exceed performance goals, whilst delivering a best-in-class experience to clients
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
– As this role covers the DACH markets (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), excellent verbal and written English and German communication skills are essential for this roles success.
– Experience in sales and/or business development environment
– Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
– Experience in pipeline building through prospecting and outreaching to new customers
– Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with honesty and integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
– Ability to think independently and strategically to propose recommended solutions to c-level executives and/or marketing decision makers
– Proven track record of exceeding performance targets
– Understanding of digital advertising & campaign management
