Ihre Aufgaben Sie leiten eigenverantwortlich unser Werk in Niederbronn-les-Bains, das rund eine Autostunde von unserem deutschen Stamm­sitz entfernt ist. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die personelle und organisa­torische Führung des Teams mit aktuell 60 Beschäftigten sowie die strategische Weiter­entwicklung des Standorts. Darüber hinaus kümmern Sie sich um die Umsetzung des Vertriebs­konzepts inkl. Akquise und Kunden­management. Ihr Profil Sie haben ein Hochschulstudium erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bereits einige Jahre eine leitende Funktion in einem Industrie­unternehmen ausgeübt. Erfahrung in der Umformtechnik und/oder der Automobil-Zuliefer­industrie sind von Vorteil. Ihre Sprachkenntnisse sind sowohl in Französisch als auch in Deutsch perfekt. Sie sind führungserfahren und bewegen sich sicher im inter­nationalen Business. Außerdem sind Sie bereit, Ihren Lebensmittelpunkt in die Region unseres französischen Standorts zu verlegen.
