    The opportunity

    We have a fantastic opportunity for a Chief of Staff to join our Adobe CENTRAL team based in Munich

    As Chief of Staff you will report to the VP/MD of CENTRAL region. You will work closely with the CENTRAL Extended Leadership team to develop, manage and execute key initiatives and processes. We are looking for an individual with the capability to possess strong commercial, business and operating intuition and program management skills. You will assess business needs, identify gaps in strategic operations and “connect the dots” between internal projects. This role will need leadership experience in cross-functional and collaborative work environments to ensure success in this dynamic, high-impact position.

    What you’ll do

    • Support Adobe’s strategic business direction in alignment with Adobe’s Core Values. Driving positive progress of the overall CENTRAL vision and strategy.

    • Support CENTRAL strategic planning – development of “big bets” and keeping team aligned to these, tracking progress and ensuring vision/ strategy is felt throughout the CENTRAL organization (partnering with executive communications, EX, Ops. etc.)

    • Lead on CENTRAL Projects/Strategic Initiatives: Own initiatives and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure project completion or appropriate project handoff.

    • You will add bandwidth, purpose, and intent to the CENTRAL VP/MD office. “Smoothing the way and connecting the dots”, always staying connected to the UKI&MEA vision and strategy

    • Lead CENTRAL meeting agendas and offsite management to ensure desired outcomes are reached

    • Support VP/MD of CENTRAL on prioritization and impact across key business initiatives

    • Owner of business performance insights relating to CENTRAL Strategic Priorities: drive cadence and reviews for quarterly progress towards achievements, including monthly presentations to the EMEA LT communication updates.

    • Providing up to date and current insight to CENTRAL LT on pulse of business and provide CENTRAL lens and touchpoint to other teams in the EMEA/US who develop long-term strategy for the business.

    • Primary owner for all executive review documents ensuring information is up to date, accessible and relevant.

    • Business Partnering: Build effective, trusting business relationships across the organization.

    What you’ll need to succeed

    • Experience in strategic operational roles, partnering with senior leaders.

    • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and through tools like PowerPoint.

    • Executive time management and organization.

    • Extraordinary ability to program manage across complex operations.

    • Critical thinking skills and able to take sizable problems and break them into small meaningful pieces as well as being able to utilize data to derive insights from metrics.

    • Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude and attention to operational details.

    • Ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization, exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and design, implement, and lead change management initiatives.

    • Ability to learn, grow and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve.

    • Excellent meeting design and facilitation skills.

    • Fluent German and English language skills.
