    Team Intro
    TikTok’s Brand Partnership team is responsible for building long term partnerships with top clients and brands across DACH, we educate, inform and inspire our partners about commercial opportunities within TikTok.

    As part of the Brand Partnerships team you will drive sales of our innovative advertising products which are high-impact and engaging. TikTok´s solutions create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with brands. We build sustaining connections with our partners by delivering best in class service, are industry experts and the best part in our client´s day.

    Responsibilities
    – Identify new business opportunities within an exciting client portfolio of brands in the FinTech industry.
    – Jointly lead a named book of business together with a designated Client Solutions Manager.
    – Lead and grow client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions.
    – Deepen the penetration of FinTech clients.
    – Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the DACH market.
    – Lead annual planning and quarterly business reviews for owned book of business.
    – Swiftly navigate negotiations on all levels (Mid Management to C-Level) to unlock incremental opportunities and steer client relationships even on the highest level.
    – Design compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, industry insights and 3rd party data.
    – Collaborate cross functionally to continuously improve TikTok’s products, processes and client relationships.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:
    – Strong communication skills to develop relationships with sales teams and advertisers
    – Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations
    – Good knowledge of digital marketing landscape
    – Experience in creating visualisation of data for a range of audiences
    – Fluent in German and English

    Desired Qualifications
    – Attitude: Self-starter and fast learner with a startup spirit, ready to contribute to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
    – Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of performance, social media, mobile app, digital and mobile marketing.
    – Sales experience: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, experience in forecasting and planning.
    – Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively in German and English.
