    TikTok’s Agency Partnership Team are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across DACH, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

    Sales & Partnerships
    • Establish and manage client partner-focused relationships with social-media agencies
    • Retain/grow revenue from agencies and their advertisers and support new activation opportunities
    • Provide agencies with the highest level of sales and client service
    • Education of the agencies in scaled & personal workshops (including continious product education)
    • Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales
    • Align, define, negotiate & monitor agency specific partnership plans to foster client growth and acquisitions and steer the agencies strategically

    Campaign Planning, Stakeholder Management & Product Management
    • Establish & maintain great relationship with agency decision makers (C-Levels) & operational teams
    • Consult on agencies on TikTok media plans, budget recommendations, product usage, creative best practices
    • Identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for agencies/clients
    • Analyse data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and TikTok’s marketing solutions

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications:
    • Demonstrated relevant professional experience in the digital advertising industry
    • Demonstrated experience within agencies, social advertising and/or digital sales
    • Excellent verbal and written German and English language skills required

    Preferred qualifications
    • Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations
    • Strong partnership & account management experience
    • Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
