Key Responsibilities:
– Create technical articles and documentation that provide clear and in-depth information on Bambu Lab 3D printers and services.
– Translate complex technical information into user-friendly, accessible content.
– Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineering teams to gather accurate, up-to-date information.
– Ensure all content is well-organized, detailed, and maintains the highest quality standards.
– Produce content in English with impeccable spelling, punctuation, and technical accuracy.
– Contribute to the development and enhancement of our Wiki and Academy knowledge base.QualificationsQualifications:
– Proven experience in 3D printing or other smart hardware product documentation.
– A strong understanding of how 3D printing works and a deep passion for the technology.
– Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand.
– Proven ability to create high-quality technical documentation which is easy to understand by everyone.
– Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in content creation.
– Practical experience with 3D printer troubleshooting and repair is a plus.
– Native-level proficiency in English, French, or German preferred, with an open-minded attitude and ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
