Global Customer Experience SpecialistAustin、FrankfurtResponsibilities1. Handle inquiries from global customers about e‑commerce, product, and technical issues via email, online chat, and phone, delivering professional and effective solutions;
2. Collect and analyze user feedback to help improve existing products and service processes;
3. Build and maintain positive communication with users to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty;
4. Collaborate closely with other team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure service excellence.Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
2. Strong learning ability, eager to acquire new knowledge and embrace challenges;
3. Excellent logical thinking, communication skills, and customer service mindset;
4. Meticulous, responsible, and proactive in identifying issues and proposing effective solutions;
